@HeroFinCorpLtd 3rd is my EMI date (auto-deduct) and my account was toped up later in the day hence NACH failed and NACH wasn't re-attempted. I had written email immediately to customer care too. Now you levy NACH bounce charge. Your customer care has been unresponsive always!

@airtelindia No internet post yesterday evening rains, called customer care twice and they are even unable to raise a complaint for resolving this since there is an open ticket! And no one has visited home to resolve that open ticket till now. Customer care doesnโt really listen!
@airtelindia I am existing Airtel Black customer and my current package is 3 postpaid + DTH. I wanted to upgrade this to 3 postpaid + 1099 fixed plan [which is fiber + DTH] which would give free fiber installation. But no one in customer care was able to help. Please help, Thanks
