Do you think performance appraisals are more fair/objective during the pandemic? All interaction is now happening remotely so this could reduce bias against what people look like or how long they (over)stayed in office or if they took a smoke break with the boss. #DESMDM
Doomed are societies in which people, after hearing about Pythagoras’ theorem, want to know Pythagoras’ political party affiliation in order to decide whether the theorem is correct.

#1 A bottom-up approach
#2 Simultaneous (maybe conflicting) changes
#3 Change as an iterative process (Agile vs. Waterfall model)

#1 Should I have been more assertive?
#2 Did I prepare well before hand?
#3 Did I quantify and rank my other options (BATNA) correctly?
No wonder negotiation is so hard. #DESMDM
Price anchoring everywhere you look
#1 Cheaper option which sets the anchor bias
#2 Most popular option. Slightly more expensive but offers most value
#3 Ridiculously expensive option which makes you confirm your bias and select for the 2nd option.
