In JDA projects, how does the revenue-loss concern interact with Article 5(bb) of the Indian Stamp (Odisha Amendment) Act, 2021, which already provides a stamp duty adjustment mechanism? Curious whether this dimension has been examined.

Wanted to send a few documents to Bengaluru. Courier quoted Rs 350 (overnight) from Bhubaneswar.

Since it was just some printouts, I simply used print service of a quick commerce platform with delivery address in Bengaluru.
