It has been 3 days since the JioFiber service was disrupted in my home.
I raised an SR yesterday, and an engineer was supposed to visit today, but suddenly the resolution was put on hold.
When it is time to pay the bills, Jio fiber doesn't stop with notifications

I am looking to downgrade my plan for JioFiber from 899 to 888.
The plan is not being shown in the myjio app and neither it is being shown on the jio website.
Talked to customer care, first one said it is a technical glitch and will be visible after few hours.
