Repeated follow‑ups, invalid case IDs, no resolution.
Need immediate HIS / nodal intervention & clear ETA

@MediBuddyCare Very disappointing experience. We booked Fasting Blood Sugar and Post-Prandial Blood Sugar tests under Order ID 58812794. The technician is refusing to return for the PPBS sample collection, stating that he does not have time. Both tests were booked and paid for.

Also shocked to see @EurekaForbes website showing “Annual Filter Replacement” for my purifier, while the filter was already replaced in 2024. Why is incorrect information being shown on my account? This is misleading for customers. Please correct this immediately.
