Lost bag on a London to New Delhi flight. @British_Airways claims it was handed to @airindia but both refusing to resolve it. 10+ days now with no update. Extremely disappointed with this blame game Please take responsibility to resolve urgently

@British_Airways need urgent assistance! On Dec 10 (AA728: PHL-LHR) connecting to BA0143 (LHR-DEL) on Dec 11, only 2 out of 3 checked bags were delivered upon arrival in New Delhi. Please help locate the missing bag as soon as possible
