I fully support the demands of the IBPS and SBI exam aspirants for transparency in bank exams.

#IBPS are conducting exams without any transparency, wherein no answer key is provided, and raw scores and the normalisation formula are not disclosed. Moreover, widening gap between advertised vacancies and final recruitment is very serious.

IBPS cannot play with the future of the aspirants. When SSC, UPSC, Railway exams can be publish raw scores and answer keys, why IBPS cannot?

IBPS should amend the exam structure to meet the very valid demands of the aspirants —

• Release of official answer keys post-examination;
• Raw scores and marksheets for every candidate
• Disclosure of the normalisation formula
• Explain dispensaries in vacancies
