I booked tickets for my parents. Both are senior citizens. There are 340+ tickets available and after booking they both got upper birth. How can a senior person gets upper birth of there are 340+ tickets available. Now I have to cancel this ticket. This is loot.

You think people are fool? I have data pack of 10 Gb expiring on 20-Mar and a Plan data of 7 Gb expiring on 31-July. Instead of using data bucket from one expiring on 20-Mar you are using from 31-July why?

booked SUV to Pune station. He charged me 35/- per km for 13km and demanded extra cash for luggage.I paid 550 for a ride which ola app was showing 367. Can you please help here? I can't fight with the cab driver and I don't have any other option but to pay

You charged cancellation fee to end user then why don't you charge same cancellation fee to your vendor. They cancelled the 1:30pm scheduled job exactly at 1:30 and there is no way I can raise my concern to you. No customer care, no emailId to contact
