@ATT you customer service agent put in a case for 40 credit for a charge that should not be billed and evem with autopay setup you show that My payment is overdue. This is disgusting customer service and I am switching to @Verizon first thing tomorrow.

@Macys I was not able to anything on order after 30 mins. If you typed something wrong you are stuck you cant edit nor can you cancel. Customer service is a joke. Really frustrated
