@rotimatic could you help me with Custom clearance for my #Rotimatic machine? It is pending since May 25th. I followed up with Escalate to CEO support on May 26th but no response. I don't want to poke you folks every time on X but there's is no other way to get a response.
@drcjs93@rotimatic I agree, we should also file complaint against local authorities such BBB. Chasing #Rotimatic support since March 23rd and still waiting for my machine. :(
Update: I had a written confirmation from #Rotimatic "CEO escalations" team that replacement machine will be shipped by May 11 and tracking no will be shared by May 13. Guess what, no updates so far. I sent a follow up 40 hours ago, response awaited. @rotimatic please advise π
@dramithpatel@rotimatic I agree, they just sent the machine which is pending custom clearance since a week. I will ask for refund if this doesn't get resolved in a week.

My #Rotimatic Next stopped working suddenly. Contacted their support via mobile app. It's been four+ days, no response so far. Tried contacting Rotimatic support via email. I was asked to contact chat support to resolve the issue. @rotimaticHQ . Will keep everyone posted.
