My DTH stopped working 4 days back and since then i have been chasing their support team surprisingly they have absolutely no idea and access to the service center and just stalling the request. Meanwhile i am still paying everyday even though i can’t access any channel.

@dth_airtel @airtelindia is such a horrible brand, their dth provider comes in an hour if a new connection is required however if there is any repair involved they will simply ghost the customer. @TOIIndiaNews @jagograhakjago @airtelnews

Nor they've issued any statment on this activity they've done! Things aren't gonna be the same for Skoda anymore! The public demands and answer to this!

Servicing is all together a different subject but your behaviour with the customers is shit, they only ask you to solve the issue.. they've paid for the car and the servicing and EW, yet you are denying the warranty and blocking the customer?

This story is of one client of @Motorheal who got blocked by Skoda for posting and tagging them on X, for manufacturing defects and quality issue the customer was harassed for 1.5 years after which too they only gave 50% discount on Labour and Parts and the 50% had to be covered by the customer!

It's better to boycott such brands only then they'll realise how important customers are. No matter how many problems other brands have, they never behave in this way.

Let's not let them get away with this, let's make this viral and reach more and more people to make them aware of the dirty tactics they are doing. After sales service is a joke with Skoda India.
