Energy flows from higher to lower levels. If we create thoughts of compassion and empathy for the different behaviours around us, we are creating high frequency vibrations. Then it is our
energy which flows to them. If we create hurt and resentment, we lower our frequency, then it is their energy which flows to us, which depletes us even more. Let us remain high, where negative energies can never reach.
