Very disappointing experience with @makemytrip regarding my booking for @IndiGo6E flight 6E 2051 from Navi Mumbai to Lucknow scheduled on 21 June 2026 from 6:30 AM to 8:35 AM (PNR: N98***).

I received official communication from IndiGo stating that the flight was cancelled due to operational reasons and that I was eligible for a full refund. After this notification, I initiated cancellation through MakeMyTrip.

Later, IndiGo customer support clearly confirmed that:
• The flight was cancelled by the airline
• Full refund was processed to the travel agent (MakeMyTrip)
• No airline cancellation charges were deducted
However, MakeMyTrip deducted ₹3999 as airline cancellation fee and refunded only ₹1697.
This was NOT a voluntary passenger cancellation. The cancellation happened only because the airline itself cancelled the flight.
If IndiGo has already transferred a full refund to MakeMyTrip, why are airline cancellation charges being deducted from the customer?

Requesting @makemytrip and @makemytripcare to review the case and process the correct refund immediately.

I booked a flight on 18th June through @travolook from Pune to Bangalore. But they cancelled my flight due rise in fare. Now it has been more than month I am waiting for my refund of ₹4848. There are so many -ve reviews against them.@Cybercellindia @Cyberdost @Uppolice plz help.
