@JamesConlon_ No trigger here. Well done. I lost 2lbs as well last week. I've probably gained about 3lbs this week as my appetite is slowly coming back. Just things like ice cream (8.5 syns for 100ml salted caramel). Also had 200ml of pink grapefruit juice (4 syns) today.

@talkingcl Rather than call what I've made a resolution, I call it a plan. That is to weigh/measure certain healthy extra foods, and all syns, rather than guessing (I do slimming world). That way, if I forget, I've not broken a rezzie, just had a tiny slip which I can rectify easily. 🤗

@galacticxtears So very true. I very likely would have gained over the holidays had I not been ill, and I'd have been, oh well, back on plan. But I lost a total of 13.5lbs in 3 weeks bc of a kidney infection leaving me with no appetite, pretty much out of it for days. But no shame in gains. 🌺💖

@kanunkacagi That can be very calming. I miss snow, we don't get it much here anymore. I miss being a kid and it being a white Christmas, sledding down a big hill in the village where I grew up, and straight on through to the playing fields, what we called the Meadows. I miss snow's beauty.❄
