Never trust @urbancompany_UC for cleaning services. They damaged my brand-new bathroom fixtures & staircase railing using acid & wire scrubbers! Support is a joke—keeps changing statements, offered partial compensation, then backtracked. Consumer Court is next. #UrbanCompany

Totally unprofessional. If they were really trained, they'd never use acid on metal fixtures. Now I'm left with damaged property and zero accountability. @abhirajbhal@urbancompany_UC

The cleaning executive used acid and wire scrubbers on chrome-finish fixtures—causing permanent rust, scratches, and voiding warranty. This is in a house I just moved into.
I have now ended up paying via Gpay and by cash.

It’s been a few days since I took an Ola cab and was charged online and the driver demanded I pay by cash as the payment showed pending.
