I recently completed a 68 day Yoga cycle.

60 days of 4 hours of Yoga daily + 50% uncooked food + no dairy/meat/caffeine/garlic/onion followed by 8 days of silent Samyama course with 2300 people in a single hall.

The capacity of soil to hold water decreases as organic content decreases. As a result, the groundwater level is dropping. We are facing a water crisis, which will worsen if soil degradation continues at its current rate. #SaveSoil
