Days since the lab test booked, no resolution yet, no one came to pickup the sample

Mfine is a Joke. @MFineCare almost a week and still they keep on assigning the sample collector person who denies to pickup the sample due to not being in the nearby area. 3 days the same thing happened and asked me to fast for 12 hours each and failed to collect sample,Pathetic

@MFineCare they just force me to reschedule the appointment by assigning person who do not show up making me fast for more than 15 hours. same thing happened today and nobody knows how to fix it. @MFineCare you are taking customers for granted. Never using your service again.
