The status report, reviewed by India Today, shows that while the US financial regulator has been actively attempting to advance the federal lawsuit, the progress has stalled due to procedural bottlenecks involving cross-border legal cooperation.
The civil lawsuit, originally filed last year, accuses #GautamAdani, his nephew #SagarAdani, and other related individuals of securities law violations and misleading representations linked to #AdaniGroup activities.
The charges stem from an alleged scheme to pay roughly $265 million in bribes to Indian government officials to secure lucrative solar power contracts, a fact that prosecutors say was concealed from US investors. The Adani Group has consistently denied these allegations, dismissing them as "baseless."

VOTE CHORI IN THRISSUR, KERALA | BJP won its first Lok Sabha seat from Kerala surprising everyone across political spectrum. When you take a deeper look at the data, it becomes obvious how BJP candidate @TheSureshGopi managed to win the seat by manipulating voters list.
Take a look at the total electors data for each Parliament constituency in Kerala from 2014 General Elections. When you look carefully, you'll find something unusual about Thrissur. Thrissur had seen an addition of 62,318 votes in 2019, while the same constituency saw an addition of 1,46,656 (2.35x) votes making it the largest constituency in Kerala with 14.83 lakh votes out of nowhere.
How is it possible? Did the population of Thrissur suddenly explode? Is Thrissur witnessing a lot of migration from other districts? No. It is Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode districts where people from other districts of Kerala migrate for jobs especially IT and allied jobs.
It was reported during the elections that large scale voter registrations were done by BJP a few months before the elections. Empty house and apartment addresses were used to enroll people at scale. This is the same modus operandi used in Bangalore that @RahulGandhi exposed.
Suresh Gopi's family lives in Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram. 11 votes were added under the name “Bharath Heritage” at the Nettissery residence where Suresh Gopi was residing in Thrissur, for adding all his family members to the Thrissur voters list, while they were residing in Thiruvananthapuram. There are many more such additions which resulted in the manipulated voters list, where non-residents of Thrissur were added at scale.
All of this indicates that manipulations like Bangalore Central and Mahadevapura was rampant across the country. BJP didn't have people's mandate in 2024 General Elections. And Modi would have lost from Varanasi if not for frauds.

How do LLMs actually work?
LLMs power AI applications like ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude to generate human-like text and assist with complex tasks.
Here’s a simple to understand breakdown of how they work:
Step 1) Learning from massive text data
LLMs train on huge datasets (books, websites, and code) to recognize patterns and relationships between words. This text is cleaned and broken into tokens—small pieces that a machine can process.
Step 2) Training the model
Using transformers (a deep learning technique), LLMs analyze contextual relationships between words. They improve over time by adjusting their internal settings (weights) through gradient descent—a trial-and-error process that minimizes mistakes.
Step 3) Fine-tuning for special tasks
After training, LLMs are fine-tuned for specific applications like coding, or customer support. This is done using supervised learning, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) to improve accuracy.
Step 4) Generating responses
When you enter a prompt, the LLM processes your input, predicts the most likely next tokens, and generates a response. To improve accuracy and relevance, some models use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—which searches external knowledge sources (like databases or documents) before generating a response to provide more factual answers. The LLM then applies decoding strategies like beam search and nucleus sampling to refine the final output.
Step 5) Filtering & optimization
Before deployment, LLMs go through safety filters to remove bias and harmful content. They are also optimized using techniques like quantization and pruning, making them efficient for cloud-based and on-device AI.
What are the challenges?
LLMs face issues like hallucinations (false outputs), bias, and high computational costs. Engineers optimize them using RAG, speculative decoding, hybrid cloud-edge deployment and other solutions.
LLMs aren’t magic—they’re pattern-recognition machines built with techniques that are continually evolving.
