@WIREs_Reviews DMKD (vol 13, issue 6) has published our review paper on #PersonalKnowledgeGraphs (#pkg). We discuss #PKGs at length, categorize them based on their application and source data, and highlight their limitations and future works. Read it at:👇

We present an extensive review of PKGs. We categorize them according to their applications and source data, discuss the limitations of PKGs, and suggest directions for future work.
@IndiGo6E Hi Deepika, my sister contacted your custom care number multiple times only to hear the response that there’s nothing that @IndiGo6E can do except providing a partial refund or funding his stay at Gau for 2 nights until the next flight to IXA, which is unacceptable. DMing details
@IndiGo6E ’s terrible customer care service left my brother-in-law stranded in GAU airport today. He had a flight from CCU to IXA via GAU. His initial flight 6E-212 was supposed to depart from CCU at 07:30 and reach GAU at 08:40. 6E-6309 was supposed to leave GAU at 12:55 for IXA
@DGCAIndia clearly mandates that anyone having a flight that is delayed by more than 2 hours is eligible for full refund yet @IndiGo6E is blatantly denying this claim. All they could say is that it’s not in their hands. Totally unacceptable @IndiGo6E .
Shame on @IndiGo6E for bluffing their customers, especially customers from NE India where citizens are left to rely on flights for their transportation to and from states thanks to lengthy train services.
@IndiGo6E knowingly misled BIL to believe that he wouldn’t miss his connecting flight, making him undertake the delayed flight only so that they could later refuse his full refund claim. @IndiGo6E is responsible for him missing his flight.
When @IndiGo6E customer care was contacted for a refund and compensation they informed that they would only be able to give partial refund as BIL had already undertaken the 1st leg of the journey.
6E-212 eventually departed from CCU at 12:00 and reached GAU at 13:10. 6E-6309 had already departed from GAU for IXA at 13:05. BIL, as expected, missed the flight. @IndiGo6E groundstaff at GAU informed that there were no more flights to IXA until 5th Jan.
Due to bad weather conditions at GAU, the flight from CCU was delayed by 4.5 hours. BIL was sure he’d miss the connecting flight. In spite of repeatedly asking the @IndiGo6E ground staff for alt arrangement from GAU they kept assuring that he won’t miss the connecting flight.
FYI, we have the recordings for SCI-K 2022 with all the paper presentations plus the talks from our two keynote speakers: @jasonpriem @alexwade

I was asked in research where intuition of a fundamental idea may come from. Well, like solving a jigsaw puzzle, after you have seen enough pieces, you intuition starts to see the big picture... the key is, without the hard work with the early pieces, intuition will never come.
