Oil dumped off this news because this is further confirmation that the military conflict is wrapped up in Iran's favor, there's nothing left except for Trump to officially withdraw.

Even face-saving will not be possible this time.

Markets are pricing in the conflict being concluded in Iran's favor as a fait accompli, foregone conclusion.
