Most businesses don't have a branding problem. They have a consistency problem. Social posts, emails, and proposals all feel like they came from different companies. Look at all your collateral. Does it look like it came from the same place? Consistency is king and builds trust.
I am over posts about how great their AI workflow is, or how this or that AI workflow is revolutionizing web design. Honestly, the end result does not look any better than if you just started with a pen and a sketchbook. I enjoy using AI, I am not hating, just voicing my opinion
@LakotaMan1@LucasSa56947288@foodie0653 Lakota man please take this down it is an insult to the actual band. These 4 idiots could not hold a candle to the butthole surfers.
"We need a rebrand. Can you redesign our logo?"
I hear this alot. And every time I ask: what do you want people to feel when they interact with your business?
Nine times out of ten, silence.
Your logo is not your brand. It's a symbol of it.
Strategy first. design second.
5. The message test: Read your homepage copy out loud. Human conversation or brochure? If it's the latter, rewrite before you redesign.
9/10 times the real problem shows up in step 1 or 5.
Fix the message. Then fix the design.
Run this audit this week. What did you find?
Most businesses try to fix their website in the wrong place.
New colors. New fonts. New layout. Same results.
Here's why — and a 5-point audit to find the real problem 🧵
While features are great, the benefits of your product/service are what generally convert your user. Don't make them think; make it easy for them, reduce the barrier to entry. Good copy and UX design do this.
A clean design doesn’t guarantee a clear user experience. Lots of visually strong sites don’t convert. The issue isn’t aesthetics. It’s that the user doesn’t know what to do next. Don't make them think, show them. Design makes something look good. UX determines whether it works.
