In 2012, I began a project to create what we originally called “iDaemon,” or the “Intelligent Daemon System,” which presents an elaborate design and architectural blueprint for a complex software system designed to scale Bitcoin to over 1 million transactions a second. This project encompasses various subsystems managing different aspects of transaction processing, accounting, banking, exchanges, messaging, and contracts in the context of a blockchain network, particularly Bitcoin. It was one of over 100 projects my companies were running.

To all my Lazer-eyed friends...
When a group of developers delegates their role and decision-making authority to a single entity, it is, by definition, centralisation, not decentralisation. Centralisation refers to the consolidation of control and decision-making authority into a single point or entity. In the context of software development, such as for a digital currency like Bitcoin, this would mean that a single group or entity would have the predominant influence or control over the development and decision-making processes.
@Dr_CSWright Great move!
But they will refuse it for sure as they can't compete in those terms. They will never willingly accept making their systems law compliant.
Today I have sent to my opponents in the COPA litigation, the passing-off claims and database-rights claims, a non-negotiable offer to settle each of these cases, which is reproduced in its entirety at this link.

Bitcoin scales.
The UK treasury requires 30 to 100k tps.
Business, more.
One system exists that can do this. Only one.
It is not BTC.

BUIDL culture in "crypto" is dying.
It seems like everyone is stuck in the trading shitcoins and NFTs. You can make or lose money but it solves no real world problems. It doesn't create any economic value.
I still think the same way.
BTC offers nothing new. In best case, it will end up in a fiat system like gold. Bitcoin (lives as BSV) is the only hope.
We need a cash system, not gold.

The paradigm of BSV was so strong for me that it lead me up to review my thoughts on Bitcoin as a long-time BTC supporter. I've realized that BSV is the same Bitcoin as defined in the whitepaper by Satoshi, moreover the design has no flaws as said by many and it will work.
@burak_tamac Suç işlemek özgürlük değildir
My purpose was never about cryptocurrency. It isn’t trading.
My purpose is simple. I want to see Micropayments.
I want a world where a person earning a few dollars a day can afford to send money back to their family on demand. Where they can watch their children, see what they are buying and be engaged in their lives through the power of technology.
COPA don’t like this. They want control. I want freedom. If that costs me everything I have. It’s worth it.
Micropayments, particularly those enabled by Bitcoin, possess transformative potential for the global financial landscape, especially in terms of inclusivity and accessibility. By facilitating small-scale transactions efficiently and cost-effectively, micropayments can overcome significant barriers that currently hinder global economic participation, especially for individuals in less affluent regions.
Whether Craig Wright is indeed Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto will be determined at a trial slated to begin in January 2024. He argued his case that the Bitcoin file format should receive copyright protection under UK law after a bench of three UK judges accepted his appeal to a previous court denial. CoinDesk
