Hi sibs! Life update. I went ahead with my refill and got my bloodwork done. Wala pang result yung iba but ung CD4 ko daw tumaas sa 441 from 378 last year. I still am waiting for my creatinine to see kung safe ba kidney ko tho my urinalysis says normal. Khit may anxiety thankful!

Hi Sibs. Kamusta kayo lahat? I hope everyone is safe and fighting the anxiety coz I myself experience it most of the time. Minsan tlga gusto ko na sabihin sa mama ko pero matanda na sila and ayoko maging pabigat. Nagwworry sila dahil lagi akong praning pag may something sakin.

One of closest friend died with AIDS last Saturday! MIA sya for almost year, never replied then biglang ICU na. Wala rn alam mga friends ko na isa ako sa #PLHIV. Natatakot ako! Hindi ko mapigilan isipin na one day I will be like that! I’m so scared.
