Here is another canned response:
Hi, we tried to reach you for more details on 780839552414. However, we were unable to get through. We request you to share the requested details.
Rgds, Team Croma.
If only @cromaretail team would bother to check the message thread!!!
Made the mistake of taking @cromaretail’s ZipCare AC 4 yr unlimited maintenance. Since then have tried to call them multiple times and though new tickets are raised, there is no sign of any service engineer. And every call is a new one!
Had to get external service done.
Struggling with @urbancompany_UC customer support. The Bot refuses to connect to an agent, and doesn’t comprehend the issue either. Worse says one thing and does another.
I’m surprised how a service company can choose to make it so difficult for a customer to connect with them.
@Guttajwala It’s not a misogynistic statement, it’s a misanthropic statement… it’s one which reeks of the privilege of a high office without the basic compassion of what it takes to lead an organization of people.
I find this concerning.
Over the past couple of days, I've seen a lot of negative comments floating around - mainly about archery teams but also disappointment in Ramita/Arjun + random frustration about low medal count etc. The fact that Manu Bhaker, after winning 2 medals (our ONLY 2 so far), feels the need to ask us not to be angry with her if she doesn't win a third, shows just how unhealthy this sort of negativity is in Indian sports culture. Clearly, the athletes worry about public backlash for poor performances. That's not something that should play on Manu's mind when she has surpassed all expectations (except maybe her own). This should not be a thought in any athlete's mind! The fault for it being there lies with us as a fanbase.
The pressure of the Olympics is high enough for any athlete. More so for Indian athletes who know that this is the only 2 weeks every 4 years that they are paid any attention to by most of the people they work to represent every day. They are under more than enough pressure without having to worry about being abused or attacked on social media by 'fans'. That has to stop! This is not directed at anyone in particular, but we need to evolve as a whole to be supportive of our athletes whether they win or lose.
Sure, we feel disappointed if they lose, but understand that the athletes will feel that 100x more. Anger is completely unjustified. And I've seen too much anger on here the last 2 days for no good reason. We may feel good or bad when they win or lose, but it is the athletes who have worked their entire lives to reach that position and who have to bear the consequences of their performance. On what basis can fans feel angry? Especially when most of the 'fans' here hardly knew our athletes existed 2 weeks ago? With the amount of attention these sports get in India outside the Olympics, we should be grateful we have athletes to watch at the Games at all. It's the athletes working to do us proud. We don't do very much for them. We owe them our support more than they owe us medals
Dedicated fans, casual fans, we should all enjoy the rest of #Paris2024. As we do, cheer for India, wish our athletes well. But please, we should do so for their sake, not our own

#Maslow never depicted his ideas in a pyramid or triangle. Others did, then the idea was attributed back to Maslow & became 'Maslow's Pyramid'. It was a good fit with how the West saw the world and #management in the 1960s. #orghist#history#innovation

@airvistara A more honest acceptance and humane face to this would perhaps not have felt so… disappointed. I so miss @jetairways .. would have never happened with them!
@airvistara delays a 50 min flight by 3 hours citing ‘operational reasons’, whatever that means?
Aircraft remains attached to the aerobridge, passengers waiting, don’t see any crew though!

@airvistara Dear Lady, a 4.5 hour unscheduled delay, that too for a 50 min flight, is much more than a bit or even just hassle. I hope you recognise that this is something exceptional and worthy of addressal.
@airvistara The fact that you; your ground staff as well as the nonchalant pilot brushed it aside as an operational issue, and continue to be superficial about it, is what really amazes me, and is the biggest disappointment.

@prasathvishnu@pharmeasyapp Faced the same issue and it was only thanks to your tweet that I could figure out who the payment was to.
I wish @pharmeasyapp app had taken your feedback rather than explain it to you, why they do something so inconvenient for their customers.
Today I noticed a transaction on my credit card with name "axelia solutions". Was suspicious as I never saw before. It took quite a while to figure out that the payment was for Pharmeasy @pharmeasyapp.
Please don't use pet names outside your homes. 🤦
