@megynkelly You might be surprised to learn that the US Military is a part of the US Government, which is known for an incredible capacity for screwing things up. The military records people are probably at peak performance in that game. Source: my military records
@DerekFeehrer If this operates entirely locally on my machine, why does it cost $228 per year? Subscriptions make sense for services that require ongoing, resource-intensive operations "in the cloud." A one-time purchase model would make this much more appealing.
@Smith_WessonInc Hey girl, rocking that 5906 throwback to the days S&W could be trusted to stand tall, not buckle under pressure like a Raven MP-25 barrel.
Fun post, but maybe a heads-up to the younger generation: this brand folded for Clinton while the rest of the industry fought gun control.
@TimurNegru Just spent a little time in Spain - it’s beautiful and the food is incredible. Would love to move someday. Aside from starlink, how are Internet options?
@boringAI@dylthorn This route would be tempting to avoid the corporate philosophy of getting users “locked in” and then jacking the rates because leaving would be painful.
@BrianAtlas My theory: In your 20s, you're still discovering "who you are" and are flexible, as are your dates. Pairing up then means figuring out your identities together.
As you age, you feel more defined and are looking for someone who aligns with your specific personality and lifestyle
@jcolesimpson @STLChrisH I’m working on it still. Point of my comment is that insurance industry has figured out this secret money glitch and isn’t afraid to use it.
@STLChrisH Hard yes. PE companies are easy to spot: flashy truck wraps, heavy ads, slick sales process—receptionist to closer to installer, then upsold a pricey service contract. Optimized money extraction on a "high-quality" system that costs more to maintain than my old one. Hate it.
@NoncePutin@meetmikehiggins This thread reads like a bunch of tantrum’ing investors mad that they can’t get people to agree to win/lose deals. Try coming up with some actual win/win deals. Nobody wants to be the loser.
@SucceededMind Even better, sign up as an affiliate for this “tool” and then get paid for shilling it on Twitter, right!
Earning real money comes from creating real value - and this ain’t it.
@ThomasKemmett Boomers faced challenges, but home prices were 2-5x income vs. 7x+ now. Voting & policy during Boomer years raised barriers—my kids feel it. Still, I’m hopeful Gen Z’s political shift can fix this. Stop judging across generations; we all face unique realities. #GenerationalDivide
@SpencerHakimian@Reniec7 Enlighten us! The measures I’m looking at are not good for average Americans trying to work a decent job and raise a family in a reasonable lifestyle.
@GringoInvesting@realEstateTrent I kind of get what you’re saying but logically, what’s wrong with a speakerphone conversation? It’s not any different than two people walking and talking.
I feel like we all have room to chill out a bit.
@vegasstarfish Prices according to demand? So I can find some rock bottom prices to visit Vegas today? They’ve rolled back the parking fees and buffet prices?
I’m not the Vegas type so I haven’t looked, but I doubt they have as prices only go up.
@STLChrisH@LevAtlas How do you say no on-call in the other post but have on-call Saturdays? If you meant no *required * on-call on the other post, should prob say that. In my younger days, I appreciated on-call bonus pay so the option can be appealing.
@STLChrisH Removed the fun and family because other employers are manipulative with that language. Opened with an emotional hook that validates the prospects value. Packed the rest with meat.
