Cheesin' at the Mars Cheese Castle for #DairyMonth!
This family-owned Wisconsin staple opened in 1947 and offers more than 700 cheeses and other specialty items from Wisconsin and around the world. 🧀
Looks like the perfect amount to us! 60-Month for snacking, Mango Habanero tossed with shrimp, Chunky Bleu drizzled on your steak, Aged Asiago as a sauce with fettucini and broccoli, Horseradish blended in your bloody mary...so many ways to enjoy Pine River Cheese Spread!
@GabberWaukee I mostly buy Pine River spreads and whatever they have at Sendiks. Honestly might be that too. Garlic & Herb, Pimento, Aged Asiago, and obviously port wine. Any goat cheese or Gouda works for me outside of spreads. But I’ve become a snob already.
