Under the REACH program, food pantries like Hunger Network’s Midtown Market, have been able to implement Supporting Wellness at Pantries (SWAP) which guides nutritious choices by showing which foods to choose often, choose sometimes, and choose rarely. Check out SWAP in action!

Not only has REACH partnered with food pantries, but we've also collaborated with incredible supportive housing sites like YWCA Greater Cleveland’s Cogswell Hall to provide staff and residents opportunities to learn more about healthy eating. Thank you YWCA Greater Cleveland!
Through our REACH project, we have worked with 20 food pantries across Cuyahoga County to increase access to nutritious food. As this program comes to an end, we want to thank each and every pantry that we worked with over the years! This work would not be possible without them!
