Did I say that @Delta sucks at customer service??? What is the point of taking notes on a reservation & admit to overcharging and they don’t fix the problem?!?!?! You book the flight at one price but a different price comes out of your account!!!!!

@Delta sucks! Was on hold for 45 mins 2 book flight. During call, agent confirmed fee, but, overcharged me $200. Got sent 2 support 2 lock in fee. Agent took my # down in case of disconnect. Got disconnected & I NEVER received call back. Just want refund. Now on a 65 mins hold!🤬
