#FridayFeeling seeing many coaches whose club have returned to smaller group training, commenting how they are seeing much more individual development & quality in players than usual.

Been an advocate of u13 staying at 9v9 format for a long time, hoping the above adds weight 🙄

COMMUNICATION Strategy - Players tasked with choosing a player off the card relating to a specific topic and feeding back the players' qualities to the group. Communication and strategising between players increases on and off the pitch.
