@VirginExp I don't understand how your team can come up with a final decision that suits sky bet when there's evidence that's been given to prove I'm right. You just blame it on technical issues. Your treatment of customers is awful but guess that's ok as long as you keep making money?

I spoke to someone yesterday who said he would call me today but I haven't heard. Iv just spent and 45 mins on hold. I understand you are busy but overall now I've spent over 3.5 hours on hold
@avivaplc think you need to employ more people on the health care phone line. Hour and 15 on hold yesterday. Hour today and trying again now.
