Have been really heartened ❤️ by the engagement with my local election 🗳️ campaign. Approaching 80 boards erected in East Depwade, including 4 more today! So very sad, Rachel was such a lovely person, I bumped into her at Dunston Hall, Leathes Prior and at various shoots. A wonderful pickers-up and had such a nice way with her dogs. Will miss chatting over a cheese straw / sausage roll. As I have said previously never forget you are not alone and that help can be found closer than you may think, remember it's good to talk.

I lost my mother, Jennifer Hudson, to suicide 15yrs ago today. Up until my mothers death, I did not understand to what extent mental health could affect your everyday life, including my own. I firmly believe that healing is an ongoing process. Some days will be harder than others, but all we can do is remember there are better days to come and that, together, we can help to prevent suicide. Never forget you are not alone in your struggle, and that help can be found closer than you may think. To that end a shout out to @NorfolkMind @yanafarming @NorwichSams
