(1) I don't think protestors should attempt to interfere with immigration agents.

(2) I think every American has the right to carry a gun.

(3) I think you, when engaging in obstruction with federal agents, can get hurt. When armed, things can go wrong.

(4) I think we actually don't know as much about this situation as we presume because both sides are focused more on telling narratives than getting to the facts of what actually happened.

(5) I think Tim Walz and Jacob Frey have made the situation far worse and destabilized by amping up white progressives and refusing to assist immigration agents.

(6) I think Kristi Noem and Greg Bovino have made the situation far worse by being unrestrained in how they proceed, not prioritizing the criminals, gang members, and more seriously problematic illegals, and not thinking of the public relations fall out should things like what are happening actually happen.

(7) I think Trump supporters who want an unrestrained and unmeasured deportation response are playing into the hands of progressives' PR and alienating normal voters.

(8) I think Trump cannot back down from deportations due to mob violence because that will only encourage more mobs and violence to stop other polices the left does not want.

(9) I think every illegal should be deported. I think prioritizing the worst ones who are criminals, gang members, drug dealers, etc. is a smart strategy and exposes the Left's sanctuary policies as unreasonable.

I'm disappointed that we can't all get on the same team when it comes to the government barging into our homes without a warrant.

Think about that power in the hands of an administrative agency you hate. How about the ATF coming into your house because President Harris appointed a lunatic tranny to run the ATF, and they/them decided that they want to come get your guns. Maybe your gun is even illegal under federal law and they're pretty damn sure you have it hidden in your closet.

Do you want the nutball that Harris appointed making the decision that there is probable cause for coming into your home? Or do you at least want that nutball to go before an ostensibly neutral magistrate and making the case BEFORE they get a REAL warrant?

Yes, I want every last illegal hunted down, thrown in a van, whisked off to an airport, GIVEN DUE PROCESS (if they haven't had it already) and then flung over the border to wherever the fuck they came from, or to Sudan for all I care.

I AM NOT WILLING TO TRADE THE FOURTH AMENDMENT FOR THAT RESULT.

And you shouldn't be either.

Even if we hate each others' politics, this should be 100% common ground.

I can’t believe I have to explain what’s happening here, but here goes. Elite students of Ivy League schools have glamorized oppression so much that they have now reached role play status to satisfy their fantasies. Here, the students have appropriated the suffering of Gazans and are cosplaying as living through humanitarian crisis. In their American make-believe story where Ivy League infrastructure sets the scene, the students play Gazans and the school administration plays Israel.

Israel (the school) is blocking their “basic humanitarian aid” in this play, and if they don’t receive it soon, they will “die of thirst and starvation” (appropriating exact experiences of Gazans). They also destroy upper class buildings and claim them as “liberated” while the students repeat chants in zombie-like chorus, playing the roll of “freedom fighters” destroying Israeli infrastructure and claiming them freed. If I’m alive in a world where people don’t see the levels of perversion in this, I give up.

You don’t see this in lower tier schools from kids of lower socio-economic standing because they aren’t plagued with the guilt of privilege that they’re seeking to launder through Middle East role plays of feigned suffering. This is as first world dystopia as it gets.

Meanwhile, these Ivy League students who can have much more than a glass of water and as much food as their stomachs can take are commanding the attention of the media and the entire American audience, while actual Gazans who need humanitarian aid are ignored. I still have to pinch myself that people don’t see this.

Reuters published an article that leads with a wildly misleading headline and is riddled with incomplete and demonstrably incorrect information.

This latest piece vaguely and nonsensically suggests there are thousands upon thousands of disgruntled Tesla customers. It’s nonsensical because it’s nonfactual—the reality is Tesla’s customer retention is among the best and highest in the industry.

Misleading headline:
“Tesla blamed drivers for failures of parts it long knew were defective.”

Reality (buried in the article): 
Tesla paid for most of the 120,000 vehicle repairs under warranty.

Manufactured story: 
The customer photo represents not a failed component, but instead a post crash component that was damaged in the course of reducing the adverse effects of a collision. The customer was informed that Tesla was able to review the telemetry and understood there was a crash that resulted in this repair not being covered by warranty. 
Most, if not all, manufacturer warranties exclude damages caused by a crash because that is the point of insurance coverage.

Helpful context:
Tesla has the most advanced vehicle telemetry system that can identify emerging issues, determine scope, and allow for faster vehicle and service improvements than has ever been seen in the auto industry. We take action as soon as we see a problem, something that should be celebrated as best-in-class, and is often cited by our regulators as a major safety advantage.

False accusation:
The author has conflated a noise-related (non-safety) issue with a range of unrelated and disconnected service actions. Contrary to the article’s statements based on erroneous data, Tesla is truthful and transparent with our safety regulators around the globe and any insinuation otherwise is plain wrong.

Tesla Service Principles:
a.
Our service technicians and advisors diagnose, maintain and fix our customers’ cars efficiently and are not incentivized to profit off customers’ repair needs.

b.
Tesla provides our service employees with excellent compensation and benefits packages. They don’t work off of commission like at other dealers who are incentivized to upsell or overcharge their customers.

c.
The best service is no service. When service must be done, we fix 90%+ problems without even needing the customer present – either through over-the-air updates or with mobile service at a customer’s house or workplace.

This cherry-picking approach to journalism results in missing the truth, which is a pattern in many of the negative articles about Tesla. 

Using one customer’s one-sided version of events as the universal experience of all customers paints a false and misleading picture of Tesla. In reality, for every upset customer, there are hundreds more who are thrilled with their Tesla and eager to repeat their business. The numbers don’t lie in terms of repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
