Bread flour by itself tells me very little.
The real question is what the dough needs, what the process looks like, and what you are actually trying to make.

1 month into sourdough. Been making pizzas with Caputo for a while, wanted to try bread so I did my research first. Went with Petra 6384 since it handles long ferments, sourdough and panettone. First loaf came out perfect, sticking with this one. #Sourdough#HomeBaker#Italy
