As long as migrants raise the flag of the country they came from instead of the one that took them in there will never be real assimilation. Dual identity is just an excuse, either you are or you aren't. The UK and some EU countries do not even demand assimilation, its official policy has been multiculturalism for decades. So it's not the people's fault.
