@HitachiHomes despite being in warranty period & same being confirmed in your system records, fridge repair is not being carried out. Service executive needs (invoice only) & his boss has not reverted despite assurance. Complaint No.21122800504. Y harassment ven it's in ur record

@HitachiHomes Got call from service team.. as per him software has changed so they don't hold data... Y #Hitachi is spending money on such software.. which can register product but cannot give warranty based on registered data... !!!

It has been 1 month, small portion of E block, has been experiencing power fluctuations n low voltage issues. Hardly ACs work, various equipment damaged. All sorts of false promises but ground reality remains zero. No one is bothered about o!!! Seriously r we staying in Stone Age
