@PravinSawhney Theory is preposterous. Little knowledge is dangerous and expressed in social media can be inflammatory, when shooting in dark. Request avoid dragging Armed Forces into controversies where none exist for sole purpose of sensationalism. Keep to subjects of your domain knowledge

Incompetence of GMDA result in health hygiene issues Palam Vihar. Drain filled with sewage water because project left incomplete. Drain to be covered by monsoon. Now project pended drain lying uncovered. No rains 7 days but no work done.
