@AirIndiaX what a pathetic experience wid ur call centre person named gopal! 1st you rescheduled my flight &when i ask 4 refund he splits my pnr into 2 and process refund for one and other one says cannot be done &why so its your fault u guys cancelled the flight @DGCAIndia
