This woman @akula_srivani from @BJP4Telangana, who call herself lady singham is encouraging people to beat community dogs with iron rods is deeply disturbing and completely unbecoming of someone holding public office. Such conduct has no place in a civilized society. She should be booked under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and BNS for instigating others to commit animal cruelty.
