@IRCTCofficial I want refund on the alternate arrangement I made (which was a taktal ticket) because I got notified that my original train is cancelled. I want on travel in the original booking only.

@IRCTCofficial Kept getting notification that my train is cancelled, I made alt arrangements by booking another train in tatkal, now I m being notified that the original train will be plying as usual! Pls guide as to how do I get refund for my Tatkal booking.

@SwiggyCares I still dont understand, how more can the address be more described, when the other delivery boy reached the same address without any guidance. This is beyond my understanding.

@SwiggyCares Kindly also check order no. 205913785571587 which was placed along with this and was rightly delivered. Same details, same address. I dont understand whats the confusion here.

@SwiggyCares 2 orders were placed under the same address, one got delivered and the other one was cancelled by the delivery boy. Support has “ended the chat” saying we cant do anything about it.
