“Our precision strikes on terrorist targets were conducted without crossing the #LineofControl or the international boundary. Based on this, we anticipated that Pakistan would respond in a similar manner. Accordingly, we had proactively readied our air defence systems,” said Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Director General Military Operations (DGMO), during the press briefing on #OperationSindoor.

“Our Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems, electronic warfare assets, and air defence weaponry were seamlessly integrated with the Indian Air Force’s corresponding systems, ensuring a coordinated and robust defence posture,” he added.
