Indians who have lived for years in the USA on #h4 visas are looking for appointments visa stamping appointments in Peru and Colombia. Because USA won't stamp their own visa within USA. Because @USAndIndia has no visa appointments till 2024. #VisaStampingUSA#StampingHell
IF the below image is TRUE, it’s not good for @USCIS. Definitely there is a better way to engage the Indian immigrants. @USCISDirector please educate the new workers on how they need to sensitive to people who are waiting in the backlog for a decade @POTUS@VP#legalimmigration
Forget Green card backlog, forget RACIST country caps in EB immigration. H1b professionals are fighting to be able to travel with dignity. Living >decade in US legally but risk getting stranded in India if you dare to go for a family emergency. 🧵
END NATIONAL ORIGIN DISCRIMINATION in immigration law, NOW.
Families torn apart. People dying in the backlog. But if you are NOT born in INDIA, you and your kids get a green card in a couple years. If you ARE born in INDIA, decades of waiting and your kids get deported at 21.
When is premium processing for H4EADs being introduced by @USCIS ? #USCISAnswers Also, why losing a job not an emergency to issue their EAD? Why is H4EAD not approved along with H1B renewal? Why all complex processes and repetitive work which do nothing but create delays?
@ejtaub Why does one have to go out of the country to get visa stamp? This just does not make sense. One can stay here indefinitely on H-1B extentions with expired visa stamp but can't get in state visa stamping. I mean its just ridiculous. @USCIS
Even though the #travelban has been lifted (Finally! ), H1Bs in USA are still suffering family separation, due to difficulty in getting #visaStamping appointments. It makes NO sense why visas can't be stamped within the USA @USAndIndia@TravelGov
@USCIS Chat with virtual Human assistance Emma as the real human are of no use in the USCIS office. They are just sitting on the pile of applications and Emma will have all the robotic answers for your questions. #H4EADdelays
@USCIS@USCISDirector Celebrate us also by allowing people work on #H4EAD receipt. We are women who worked hard to get our dream job and seeing it get snached away due to #H4EADdelays can not be worst moment in our life.
I wish I knew US immigration laws better before coming to US to do Masters degree here on a full scholarship. I had no idea of the birth country caps. My education, skills made no difference and all that mattered to US was my birth country. I may have gone elsewhere.
@USCIS I don’t think any employer would hire immigrants given the situation you have created. No company wants an employee with uncertain visa situation like #H4EAD. #H4EADdelays. You just continue to make their life worst!
