My package says delivered on the site but there was no attempt to deliver. Spoke to PostNL and they said it's been sent back due to issues with barcode. I spent 300 euros on this!
@Etisalat_Care it is impossible to get in touch with care via 101! I keep getting stuck in a loop of "set pin with entered number" which makes no sense. I need to verify and update my elife plan
