I went to @FontanaPharmacy Waterloo yesterday to make some purchases, including a greeting card. The displayed prices showed Code 4.49 at $440.00 + tax. The price at checkout was $487 + tax. I queried what I was being charged and asked for a Supervisor...

This is the third time since the start of the year that I have encountered this same issue at this store. Clearly the Consumer Affairs Commission (@AffairsJamaica) needs to send a mystery shopper into @FontanaPharmacy Waterloo to investigate its deceptive pricing practices.

I took Mr. Supervisor to the card section to confirm the displayed price. He went back to the register, checked the system, said the displayed price was wrong, and advised if I wasn't willing to pay the price in the system, I didn't have to make the purchase. I left everything...

@DHLexpress Jamaica - Docs submitted at NMIA location on May 31st..suffered through a week's wait for processing because the staff member who received the docs was out of office...paid assessed fees on June 10th...today is June 17th......!!!
