ELECTION FRAUD: The DOJ just charged five individuals across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Wisconsin for illegally voting and fraudulent registration in the 2022 and 2024 elections — including two illegal immigrants and two non-citizens with legal status.

Exclusive footage obtained by Fox News Digital shows federal agents executing a sweep linked to the multi-state probe. One of those arrested, Katya Rodriguez, 30, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly voting in the 2024 election. She faces up to 11 years in prison.

A mysterious nine-figure superyacht sailed into a Los Angeles marina with its name concealed, but locals apparently didn’t need long to identify the famous owner behind the massive vessel.

The yacht, which has been docked in Marina del Rey, reportedly belongs to “Harry Potter” author J.K. Rowling and its name was reportedly covered soon after docking.

Superyacht broker Chris Cecil-Wright told Fox News Digital owners will sometimes take steps to make their vessels less easily identifiable, although he said concealing a yacht's name is "very rare."

"Particularly when you're a recognizable face or name, it becomes increasingly difficult to be able to relax anywhere in public," he added.

BREAKING: Enes Kanter Freedom is taking the Chicago Sky to federal court after being ejected from a WNBA game and banned indefinitely from Wintrust Arena.

Freedom says he was "peacefully exercising my First Amendment rights" while wearing a shirt reading, "WOMAN noun, adult human female," before an altercation with Sky guard Natasha Cloud.

His lawsuit accuses the Sky, the arena authority and the City of Chicago of acting together to discriminate against him based on his expressed viewpoint and gender identity.

The Sky and arena authority have not immediately responded to requests for comment. Chicago says it does not comment on pending litigation.

The Trump administration is putting the Smithsonian on notice, warning it could pull federal support over what it says are potential violations of federal antidiscrimination law.

Beyond roughly $1 billion in annual federal funding, agencies could stop loaning artifacts, assisting with procurement, and providing discretionary grants.

The administration's letter also calls for addressing the Smithsonian's "executive leadership and institutional ideology," as four openings on its board of regents are expected by October.

The Smithsonian declined to comment to Fox News Digital.
