@Uber I used Uber black on 13th night booked by Uber kiosk at Delhi terminal 1D, but did not receive any receipt. Despite follow up with Uber support, I m not getting any proper any resolution. Looks the Uber kiosk is being managed manned by fake and fraud people.

@Uber Your support and grievance cell is a fraud. Despite my continuous follow ups, they have not resolved my issue. Please resolve it. I am simply sky for the receipt of the ride which I completed with Uber Black on 13.9.25.

@UberIN_Support I did a DM. But no satisfactory response. Very poor customer Service. Look they don’t read the messages fully and respond with standard reply. Really pathetic. Uber has not made available even its customer service number to which one can call.
