The banks are fighting the Clarity Act, and honestly, I’m not surprised.

If the Act changes the game in a way that gives crypto more room to grow, it could challenge some of the advantages traditional banks currently enjoy.

Not saying this is the whole story, but I can understand why they wouldn’t be comfortable with it.

I came across the @orvexhub project through my colleague @HIamNosa tweeting about it, and honestly, what made me stay was what I saw after joining.

I saw a team that was genuinely building, putting things in place, and taking deliberate steps to make sure the project’s objectives and mission were achieved properly.

The farming phase of $ORVX was organic and straightforward. After farming ended, the team went as far as removing a significant number of bot accounts to ensure that real users were the ones being rewarded. A lot of people may not know this part, but even some influencers who farmed with bot accounts were affected.

Since then, the team has continued taking its time to get things right before listing. Even the claiming process was made simple and accessible for the community.

So, seeing some community members suddenly call this project a scam simply because the team is taking its time honestly weakens me.

At what point did OrvexHub become a scam?

I understand that people are anxious. Everyone wants to see the final outcome, and that is completely understandable. But taking time to get things right shouldn't automatically translate to being a scam.

And just to be clear, I'm not writing this as a briefing for the team, neither am I speaking on their behalf. I'm simply sharing my personal experience as someone who joined the project, watched what happened during the farming phase, and has been following the process.

Behind every project are real human beings who have invested their time, energy and resources into building something.

Sometimes, before we label a project a scam because things aren't moving at the speed we expect, we should pause and ask ourselves if we have actually seen evidence of wrongdoing or we're simply frustrated by the waiting.

That's my honest opinion as a community Leader.
