Esther Carr is a physiotherapist and is currently the project manager for our Prepwell rehabilitation programme.
In August she’ll be celebrating being part of our James Cook team for 20 years!

She said: “My role within the Army has allowed me to develop leadership skills and clinical skill that I may not have had the opportunity to gain within my civilian career.”
