Most people prepping for CELPIP aren't sitting in a classroom with unlimited time. They're doing it around a full time job, a move, or a deadline that isn't waiting for anyone.
TOEFL just quietly killed something thousands of test takers relied on.
After July 26, paper score reports are gone. Not discounted. Gone completely.
The timeline is wild:
For years, ETS mailed a free paper copy to every single test taker.
A few months ago, that stopped. Want paper? Pay $35.
Now? You can't get one at all. Doesn't matter how much you're willing to pay.
If you're applying anywhere that still wants a physical report (some visa offices, some universities abroad), you need to plan around this now, not in August.
Anyone actually still need paper copies for their applications? Curious what's driving demand for these in 2026.
