@Grubhub - Looks like your customer service strategy is: Fuck up, Say sorry, Move on.
You’ve lost 3 customers today - I’m sure more will follow very soon. FYI @Yelp
How long after someone DMs you do you check and respond? Longer than a week? Which is how long I’ve waited after the promised delivery date for my order.
@IKEAUSA how much longer before your technical difficulties are resolved and you can be brave enough to face customers? Extremely cheap and irresponsible of you to not take customer calls and share an invalid email address in the guise of customer service.
@Delta Why won’t your app do a simple thing of applying sky miles to a trip booked on it using a Delta Gold card, while logged in to the account?! Technology allows you to serve customers better, you know #deltafail
@Nordstrom There was then a solution suggested - someone said “just void the return and apply the credit” and then vanished. He didn’t know how to do that. Asked the person next to him, and clearly she didn’t want to do it or didn’t know how to, so plainly refused.
Sucky experience at @Nordstrom - about time they learn a thing or two about customer “service” if not obsession. I was visibly upset but got no response from anyone at the checkout counter. Robots could’ve done better.
@Nordstrom While I was waiting to be serviced he asked for help and that person tells me “I’m doing two things at once” - I sympathize but that is not my problem.
@Nordstrom I said “this is the worst experience. I’ve waited so long and you say this”. No response or remorse or effort to make a customer feel wanted. The guy didn’t even ask if I needed a bag for my purchases. Jus handed me the receipt n asked me to have a good day. Very disappointing
@Nordstrom I clearly mentioned needing to return online purchases since I had done that before. But the checkout staff was extremely incompetent, taking forever to process it. When I asked that my return credit be applied to the purchase (which was also done before) they refused.
@Nordstrom I stepped out of the store 2 mins ago. Nordstrom rack downtown Seattle. Took 20 mins after getting to the counter to make a couple of returns and checkout with purchases. It seems like there is a lot of friction to making online returns in person - not what I expect from you
