A matatu driver, Paul Nyambuto Momanyi has been sentenced to two months in prison over the death of his conductor, who fell from a moving vehicle along Thika Superhighway.
Court ruled he should have ensured the door was closed.
As an alternative to the two-month custodial sentence, the court allowed Momanyi to pay a fine of Sh15,000.
